Once payment has been received, we aim to manufacture and ship the next working day. During busy periods or for some personalised products, this time may increase to 3-5 working days. We package all of our products in protective packaging to ensure your items reach you in the same condition in which they left us.

We dispatch all orders via Royal Mail (standard) & Evri ( Tracked).
UK Shipping Time is usually 2-3 days from dispatch, this normally means that you receive your goods 4-5 days after cleared payment has been made.
We have chosen Standard shipping methods, which allows us to keep shipping times standard and shipping costs as low as possible for you.
International Delivery
Shipped via Evri International Tracked.

Customs and Taxes
Items are made and dispatched from the UK. International (including European) customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply on arrival.
